• Generate or distribute analysis results in a manner designed to deceive others about their source or accuracy.
• Present AI-generated verdicts as confirmed facts without appropriate disclosure.
• Use the Service to support misinformation campaigns, propaganda, or coordinated inauthentic behavior.
• Circumvent or attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, or security measures.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service at scale without written authorization.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service in an unauthorized manner.
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its infrastructure.

When submitting URLs from third-party platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube, you are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with the terms of service of those platforms. Truthcore processes content solely for the purpose of automated analysis and does not store, reproduce, or redistribute the underlying video content.

Truthcore AI, Inc. is not responsible for your compliance or non-compliance with third-party platform terms.

If you share or publish analysis results generated by Truthcore, you agree to:

• Clearly identify the content as AI-generated analysis.
• Include a disclaimer that results may be inaccurate and should be independently verified.
• Not present verdicts as definitive legal, medical, scientific, or journalistic determinations.

Truthcore AI, Inc. reserves the right to investigate violations of this AUP and to take appropriate action, including without limitation:

• Suspending or terminating access to the Service.
• Reporting unlawful activity to appropriate authorities.
• Taking legal action where warranted.

We may also modify rate limits or restrict access at our discretion without prior notice.
