• Use the browser extension to fact-check content while browsing supported platforms (Pro users only).
• Share analysis results for informational, educational, or journalistic purposes, provided you clearly attribute the source and note that results are AI-generated and may be inaccurate.

You may not use the Service to:

• Submit content that you do not have the right to analyze or that violates applicable law.
• Harass, defame, threaten, or target any individual or group.
• Generate or distribute analysis results in a manner designed to deceive others about their source or accuracy.
• Present AI-generated verdicts as confirmed facts without appropriate disclosure.
• Support misinformation campaigns, propaganda, or coordinated inauthentic behavior.
• Circumvent or attempt to bypass rate limits, usage limits, or access controls.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service at scale without written authorization.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service in an unauthorized manner.
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its infrastructure.

When submitting URLs from third-party platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or X, you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with those platforms' terms of service. Truthcore processes content solely for automated analysis and does not store, reproduce, or redistribute underlying video or article content.

Truthcore AI, Inc. is not responsible for your compliance or non-compliance with third-party platform terms.

The Truthcore Chrome extension must be used in accordance with this policy. Additionally, you agree not to:

• Modify, redistribute, or reverse engineer the extension.
• Use the extension to collect data about other users or their activity.
• Attempt to bypass the Pro subscription requirement for extension access.

If you share or publish analysis results generated by Truthcore, you agree to:

• Clearly identify the content as AI-generated analysis.
• Include a disclaimer that results may be inaccurate and should be independently verified.
• Not present verdicts as definitive legal, medical, scientific, or journalistic determinations.

Truthcore AI, Inc. reserves the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action, including:

• Suspending or terminating access to the Service.
• Reporting unlawful activity to appropriate authorities.
• Taking legal action where warranted.

We may modify rate limits or restrict access at our discretion without prior notice.
