Truthcore is an AI-powered fact-checking tool operated by Truthcore AI, Inc. The Service allows users to submit URLs from supported social media platforms — including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube — and receive an automated analysis of factual claims made in those videos.

The Service uses third-party artificial intelligence models and speech-to-text technology to transcribe audio, extract claims, and evaluate those claims against available information. Results are generated automatically and are not reviewed by human fact-checkers or subject matter experts.

3. Disclaimer of Accuracy

TRUTHCORE AI MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY ANALYSIS, VERDICT, OR INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE.

You acknowledge and agree that:

AI-generated verdicts may be incorrect, outdated, incomplete, or misleading.
Truthcore AI, Inc. and its employees, officers, and agents are not subject matter experts in any field covered by the content analyzed through the Service.
You should always verify critical claims independently using authoritative sources before relying on any analysis produced by the Service.
The confidence scores and verdicts generated by the Service are algorithmic outputs and do not constitute factual determinations.

4. Permitted Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. You agree not to:

Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any individual or group.
Submit URLs containing content that violates applicable law.
Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access restrictions.
Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service without prior written permission.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

5. Third-Party Platforms

Truthcore AI, Inc. is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or any other social media platform. Use of those platforms' content through the Service is subject to their respective terms of service. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with the terms of any third-party platform whose content you submit.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and underlying technology, is the property of Truthcore AI, Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You retain ownership of any content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Accounts and Registration

Use of the Service does not require account registration. If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

8. Rate Limits

The Service is subject to usage limits. Anonymous and free-tier users may be limited to a certain number of analyses per day. These limits may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to users who attempt to circumvent these limits.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUTHCORE AI, INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed $100 USD.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Truthcore AI, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of any third party.

11. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the effective date at the top of this document when changes are made.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
